The promises made by the Grand Alliance, led by Rashtriya Janata Dal and also comprising the Congress, come as Bihar faces challenges like unemployment, migration, and economic stagnation. The alliance’s focus on inclusive growth and social justice aims to address these issues and restore Bihar’s pride. “We will restore Bihar’s pride, This is our guarantee; we will make it possible!” Kharge assured.
The second phase of elections to the Bihar Assembly will be held on November 11. A record 64.66 per cent of voters took part in the first phase of polling on November 6. The counting will take place on November 14.
